Version 2.07 (December 27, 2016)

Main New Features:

• New Groovy extension that prompts seeker to provide a valid question
• Seeker can now pick a skill tag and then question will be validated
• Update Manager Panel to include Monitoring Panel features – Pick Chat, View Conversation text and details
• Remove broadcast feature from Monitoring Panel
• Abandon Rate is now based on total chats instead of Total Abandoned Chats

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed Issue: Service level columns are not getting exported to CSV
• Fixed Issue: Chat Statistics report date column is not sorted in ascending order
