About the Chime Web Client

Here are some of the differences between the Chime web client and the native Jabber client.

Seeker can request chat transcript via email
Seeker does not need to use "Bye" command to end chat session
Post collection of seeker meta tags (details from LDAP/seeker question/seeker IP address/question category) before a chat is started, agent can access it before/after accepting a chat and take proactive steps
Look and feel can be customized as needed
Can be embedded into a portal page for anonymous seeker access
Can be embedded into an authenticated/secure portal to give Queue access to only a subset of users (rather than all Jabber users)
